Uses of Evening Primrose Oil
The Evening Primrose Oil or Luknu Oil is proven to have many therapeutic properties. The oil is used in cosmetics and medicines because of its any-inflammatory properties, cleansing, and nourishing effects, and also as an astringent.

As a Cosmetic
The evening primrose oil is directly applied to the skin to prevent acne and for the hydration of the skin. Dab 2-3 drops of the Evening Primrose oil on pimples for their healing.

The Luknu oil is a moisturizer to rejuvenate the complexion and enhances skin health, providing a rejuvenated complexion. Also, it calms redness, itching, and inflammation. One can mix the oil with equal parts Shea Butter right before bed. It soothes and clears the complexion and promotes soft skin.
As a Calming Balm
It soothes sore feet and cracked heels when used in healing balms. One can apply the balm containing the primrose oil on the dry feet after a shower. You have to file your feet first for buffing all callouses to prevent the deepening of cracks.
As a Natural Facial Oil
You can combine the primrose with Avocado oil, rice bran oil Vitamin-E liquid, Neroli essential oil and Frankincense oil in fixed proportions to apply it onto a mature skin as a facial oil. It will encourage skin tightening. Also, this facial oil will significantly decrease the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.
As a Night Facial Serum
Combine it with Avocado oil, pomegranate oil, and any other essential oil in a dark glass bottle for smooth and bright skin. You have to wash your face and pat it dry before the application. Blend two to three drops of the mixture onto the face and neck every night for better results.
As a Hair Treatment
Massaging the evening primrose oil into the scalp helps in soothing and hydrating hair when allowed to soak for thirty minutes. Wash it with a shampoo, and their air dry for better results. You can apply this mask twice a week for more promising results. It helps in giving fuller, healthier, and stronger hair that is free from dryness and irritation.

The evening primrose oil is used to prevent and soothe acne breakouts. For better results, use evening primrose oil in combination with Tea tree essential oil and Patchouli essential Oil. The blend promotes skin health and attacks the acne-causing bacteria.
